I am a coustomer of amazon.i had recently bought a new phone for amazon at 12000 price which is avlible on othersites at much lower price.
Also the phone delivered after 2 weeks and it also added extra 50rs charges.now I have some problems with phone but I called their coustome care but they do not answer my phone calls also I had sent many emails to them but they also dont reply there.in my life this is the most worst experence I ever have in online shoping.
