Amazon today is a big name. Amazon has done a superb job of bringing everything to your finger tips. Everything is easy to buy with just some clicks. But it has lots of issues with it too.
Problems with Amazon -
Worst user interface on website and app. You will have trouble finding buy now, reviews and other such options. It is very cluttered with products.
I hate it when I'm trying to find some product's review and instead of giving reviews in scrolldown, they show buy together options and similar products.
You actually have to struggle to find the thing you are looking for in between the upselling that Amazon is doing. This is the worst problem.
Amazon will haunt you if you leave their app or website without buying anything. They literally will send continuous notifications, emails and SMS reminding you to complete the checkout process.
A lot of simple and small products are very costly on Amazon. One can easily buy such products from a local store and can save a lot of money.
Delivery charges is another problem since it varies with products and it is not at all mentioned anywhere in the app or site how to know why some products are charged for delivery while others are not.
The package delivery is average but the problem with it is that often you will find your outside packaging damaged which is showing carelessness by a big company like Amazon which is not expected of it.
Overall, I want to say that Amazon needs to improve its service and or it may lose its customers in future. I have stopped buying from Amazon for the same reasons I have mentioned above.
