As in digital india now everything is just a click away form us. For online shopping I trust Amazon.in. I have shop more than 15 times from amazon. Every time I got best delivery. Amazone send a sms on my mobile about day / time/ and contact number of delivery boy, so that I can coordinate with him to collect my packet as per my convenience. Exchange and refund policies are excellent, Sometimes if I got damage or incomplete product or if I dont get what I want, they simply returned / exchange it. Even if I want they just refund my money. I really like it.
