Amazon is the best online shopping website. I will rate amazon 5star in terms of everything or more than 5stars if it would have been possible. The products are 100% genuine and with no hidden cost, delivery system is very fast, if you don't like a product but you have already ordered then it can be canceled whenever you want even at the time of delivery also i.e you can refuse the product, the products are packed very nicely. Payment option is also totally secured whether you paying through credit card debit card or cash on delivery or anything else. The delivery boy's are very nice they will ask you when you are free and they will try to come at that particular time only. Infact I have heard that amazon gurantees to deliver in each and every part of the country although I don't surely know that this information is correct or not. The app design of amazon could have been better but is not that bad also. I would say that amazon is the king of all the online shopping website.
