I purchased a 12 cell 8800mAh battery for my Toshiba Satellite L855 laptop on January 4, 2016 for$36.97. The battery died after 4 months. I couldn't find any contact info for this vendor, so I contacted Amazon's Customer Service.
It took Amazon customer service 3 weeks to get back with me with an address. I also received an email from the vendor the same day with a RMA number along with their shipping address. I shipped out the dead battery 6 week ago but haven't gotten a refund or replacement battery yet.
Amazon Customer Service said since I didn't file a problem issue with them within 14 days of purchase there is nothing they will do on my behalf. Buyers beware of both CWK and Amazon's customer service.
