Worst Customer Support. Review on Amazon

I have recently purchased a mobile at amazonin during the oct 9 -oct 15 sale as a prime customer on 9th october. As I am a prime customer I got the product delivered by 10 th evening.after I got the mobile and switched it on I was asked to download the updates for latest features as part of the mobile I have downloaded the same and after rebooting the mobile a small blue spot appeared on the mobile I was not aware of this before the updates are done and hence contacted the amazon customer support for help the answer that I received from them is that they will not be able to replace the mobile but asked me to apply for a refund as the seller who sold the mobile don't have any mobile in stock.this made me very much irritated and now they are telling me to spend more money on the mobile to buy later.so I strongly recommend people to not support such things from amazon.
