Answer - Well Know Brand & Thought that will get Good Service though it was a Myth.
Q2. Describe the best and worst aspects of this website.
Answer - Good # Never Experienced. Bad # 1- Was delivered later & when I called them then they took time to contact the vendor. 2- Does not have delivery for every Zip Code in India. 3- We did purchased a dress to gift which was not as per the quality. We asked for replacement but we were asked to pay for Both way Shipment by the Seller. We also complained on Amazon Facebook Page but they were diverting this issue & were asking to mail that problem. However they should have called us after knowing the problem & should have maintained their brand value.
Q3. Describe the online experience when using this web site.
Answer - Worst.
Q4. We did buy something which was not upto the mark. However when we requested for replacement as advertised by Amazon, They did not agree at first to replace it. But later when we insisted them then they asked us to pay for both side shipping which was more then the amount of the product.
