Amazon is good in terms of product quality and delivery but their customer care executives are defaming its name.
I have had nice experience in terms of product quality, its detail and delivery schedule.
But in case of communication with the customer care, long waiting queue seems irritating.
Always FedEx courier/Amazon Transport Courier person call me and told me please collect your courier from office. We are not delivered your product at door step while at the time of order Amazon web site provides the delivery facility at door step at specified address.
I have complain various time regarding this issue with Amazon Customer care via chat/email/phone but no any solution provide.
