I have been a customer of amazon for the past few years. So far I have not experienced anything bad abut them.

I usually order books and home needs from amazon. Compared to other online shopping websites, I feel amazon provides the best discount on products. Also, their website/app is very user-friendly, and there are no troublesome procedures to book the product. Just click add to cart/buy now option from their website, give your details(address, contact number) and your preferred mode of payment and done.provide you must have an account in amazon.

The product usually takes about 2-10 days to deliver. But you can also choose options like one-day/same-day delivery, for which they charge extra. The product is packaged well and delivered without any damage. The products are also of good-quality and as described in their website. I have not got any damaged or duplicate product from amazon till now. Also, the delivery is always on time and so far, I have not experienced any delays from them.

I have also sold products via Amazon. They take my product from home and after packaging, deliver it to the buyer, and charge rs.10/- as service charge from the seller. The money gets credited to our bank account after delivery.

Amazon is a very reliable and trustworthy site to buy and sell products. Hope they continue their good service.
