Recently I bought a product from Amazon.in from their 3rd party seller. After delivery, the product seen on the page was different from the one delivered. So raised a return request. I see neither a return pick call nor message from amazon even after the 3rd day of my return request. Then I called the customer care and shocked to hear their new process of return. The customer care guy was asking me to take the product to the nearest courier office and get it parcelled there and have the return slip pasted on the parcel. After this, send the courier acknowledgement with the tracking number to the Amazon through courier as a separate mail. Then they will be tracking the return and refund the money. How tedious process is it?
If this kind of return process exists for this product and if they would have mentioned is in the product details page, then I would not have purchased this product at all. RIDICULOUS. WORST PROCESS.
SO FRIENDS, BEFORE YOU BUY PRODUCTS FROM AMAZON, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE RETURN PROCESS TAKES ALL THIS RIDICULOUS AND TEDIOUS PROCESS OR NOT.
As I am not willing to do this tedious and time taking process, I am not returning the product:(
