Pathetic service, the return policy is very bad, the customer care is promising that the money is already transferred since last 15 days and still cannot find the money in my account. The blue dart service for returning the product is also very bad which keeps on sending u a msg that ur product will be collected today and nobody comes to collect the same and Amazon than finally declares that now we cannot collect ur product. One of the worst online shopping site.
