I had a very bad experience with Amazon India. Recently I ordered an Dell laptop with 15.6 inch on 10 march 2015 from Seller E Retail on Amazon India. On 12 march 2015, I received product the delivery is on time but thing is I ordered one configuration but I received different configuration.
Regarding this when I contact amazon customer service they told me to return back the product. there is no Exchange product .then I decide to return back the product but once I return Dell laptop they not initiated money I waited 10 days for money It is bad and worst Experience.
