Amazon no doubt has become a favorite online shopping stop for the Indian buyers and this has become possible through their continuous customer oriented services and innovations. In my opinion keeping control over your suppliers is the most difficult task as they are spread out across India, yet amazon is handling its supplier base brilliantly. We have seen that suppliers if not handled properly can defame the portal like in case of askmebazar, shopclues.com and in some cases flipkart.com.
And the second point is the amazing customer services they have right from chat to mail. They are accessible all the time. All the representatives are good and uphold the amazon values. I have faced problems with amazon.in sometimes but every time it has been handled efficiently. I am a happy customer of amazon.
