I have been cheated by amazon manipulated several times by customer care ORDER PLACED

10 December 2016 and I received it on 16 December 2016, from the day one that is 16 when I have received the product I m continously calling amazon and every day I have been manipulated.

THE ISSUE IS I ordered a pair of shoes and what I received was slippers in box of shoes this was really shocking and upsetting. as soon as I received the box immediately I complained and pickup was arranged but the pickup person misbehaved. then no delivery attempt was made. I trusted amazon and got really bad reviews in the part of service and the product. the product costing was of 5, 456.00 rupees that is quite a big amount which can not be ignored . I m really helpless now I trusted amazon and the result was very bad this time.

As amazon said I have mailed the package pics tooo after that on 26 I was given assurity that the refund will be generated when I will self return the product, this was again a manipulation

and after that on 27 I dropped the parcel in INDIAN POST office and I mailed the pics of the receipt and I called amazon again they again manipulated by saying no refund can not be generated

WHY THE HELL I HAVE TO SUFFER WHEN I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG:- Its amazon mistake that wong parcel is been send then why the hell I have to suffer why I have to suffer from last 12 days I m getting manipulations from amazon when ever I call.
