Amazon.in is a very big and most tursted online shopping website as they said. I also have very good experience in Amazon.in shopping. It is truly best website I had ever used to buy products. I mostly buy goods from Amozon only as I am very satisfy with their services. Their app is simple and easy to understand. Best part is that their are many no. of varieties of products are available.
Many times I found the cheapest rates as compare to other websites like flipkart. There after sale services are pretty good. Once I purchase Puma sneakers and after I recieve the order I dont feel comfortable in that sneakers then I try to return product and Amazon guy comes within 2 days and take the product back and within 5 days I got my refund back.
The packaging of product is very good. I never found any product with bad packing from Amazon whereas I found bad packing problems in Myntra and Flipkart products.
I can say that for me Amazon is trustworthy online website in India.
