Amazon, a reputed multinational online retailer is now selling substandard Chinese mobiles in India cheating the customers.
I have purchased this Coolpad Note-3 mobile a month back through flash sale in Amazon. Within a month even after very rare use, the front screen of the mobile cracked at several locations like it is ordinary glass of some toy when now-a-days all good mobile brands are using Corning Gorilla glass which never crack even after falling several feet. I am using another mobile Yureka for several months which have fallen several times without any damage.
But due to poor quality glass used in Coolpad mobile it cracked. When I had contacted Coolpad service centre in Bangalore they asked for Rs.5000/- to change the screen for this Rs.9000/- mobile. It shows not only quality of this company is awful its service is also like that. People should be careful and should avoid buying this mobile.
