Amazon india is best online shopping site in india at present. I frequently use amazon to purchase different products.  I am an amazon india customer since 3 years and never faced any major issue, and if I had any issue in between that was quickly shorted out with the the customer support. Here is my experience:

1. Amazon india have almost all the products required. They have huge products listed on their website. Finding a product is too easy because all the products are well categorized under different section and there are options to filter the products as per your requirement.

   
   




2. I have never faced any product quality issue till now. Product specifications mention there on website are true and images are also quite accurate. Products that I received from this shopping site is original with original packaging. One thing would like to mention that go for "Amazon fulfilled" products only for assured quality of products. If you purchase products from third party seller that may not be trustworthy and original.

   
   




3. I am here in kolkata, Eastern part of india. Even being so far from the origin place of product, on the 3rd to 4th day, Amazon delivers my products. All I want to say that delivery is fast and on time. You can even opt for faster delivery within 1-2 days in different cities of india.

   
   




4. Product packaging I find is great. All the products are packed in original packaging within Amazon own packaging for avoiding any damage in transit.

   
   




5. Amazon india has just launched a new feature called Amazon Prime for faster delivery, assurance of Product quality and free delivery. I think this is a very good feature.

   
   




6. I found that Pricing of product is comparatively less than flipkart or snapdeal. There is a section called "Today's Deal" in which you can find products at cheaper prices.

   
   




7. Customer support is awesome. Really helpful if you have any issue with amazon india. You can contact their customer support through chat, e-mail or call. Customer service is quite proactive and can solves your genuine issues.

   
   




8. The layout of website and app is great. Its easy to use and understand. Though I think Amazon app should have been better.

   
   




9. Amazon offers a return/ exchange policy of 10 days for most of the products. Returning an item is quite easy. You just have to place a return request on their website or app and your product will be picked up by amazon courier partner. You will receive your refund amount within 2-4 days.

   
   




10. Experience I have till now with amazon india, I can say its reliable & trustworthy.
