I ordered three pairs of shoes from the site which I do not like when I asked for return from customer care he helped me placing return at my choosable date and time. Also, I returned the product in morning and I got a return in the evening. Second instance was when I bought a wifi router from amazon for which I paid for by debit card. next day I saw the router was selling for a lower price because of a sale.
So I contacted amazon for it they gave me the difference of price of money within 5 minutes to my bank account.
