I had ordered 2 products on April 9th. Today I got an email and an sms saying that my my product has been delivered directly to me and was signed by me though I didnt receive the product. And when I contacted the customer service, they were clueless and so were their social media people. They kept asking me to fill up a form after which they will follow up the issue instead of solving. it.
Now I dont know whether my other product will delivered or not.
This is not an isolated case. Previously too I encountered this kind of problem where they automatically cancelled deleted my order without informing me. I had ordered a book. And I was waiting for it. Even after 10 days there was no intimation from and then suddenly I received an email saying that my order was cancelled.
These Amazon people dont inform their customers and dont have the guts to admit their mistake and cover it up with false advertisements
