Guys I will tell you a story .Generally I dont use any eCommerce web, but last year when we need some medical equipment in our home due to my father accident, it was the day when I ordered that product from the amazon and you know it reaches with a week to our doorstep.
And after that I never encounter any emergency to get to talk with customer service because the quality of the product is same and on the price which they mention on the site. There delivery time is simply awesome and I use there web portal aswell the app, both have great feature and they have some about crore product with them.
One can trust their service, because they known for the best.
