I have been doing online shopping for past 4 years but my experience with the Amazon is not quite good. Most of the product on Amazon can be found at a cheaper price on other online shopping websites. The quality of some product is also questionable as I have received a fake product which is shown as an original one. Return and exchange policy of Amazon is not customer oriented.
If compared to other shopping giants Amazon has more delivery time as compared to other.
The Andriod application is also not user-friendly but the website is quite a good.
After comparing price from the different online store I found that that the price on Amazon has higher rate as compared to other stores.
