Amazon customer care is no more the best_cheaters

I placed this ORDER # 402-7348578-2732319 but after reading the reviews I found manufacturer service center is not accepting items bought from amazon for warranty claim.


Then I found another seller is a manufacturer authorized one.


Therefore I contacted the amazon customer care.




  1. I requested for change of seller as TechFone was a authorized one.




  2. Rep. said place another order. and cancelled the previous order and confirmed me the same




  3. I contacted again no refund was issued to me




  4. Again the rep. said it will take 1-2 days to get the refund and he also said he went through the previous case history




  5. But no refund received and the produced got shipped




  6. I contacted 3rd time and the rep. told that she cant do anything as it was already shipped.






But she said that you will stop the courier and the refund will be issued to me.




  1. I asked for an email confirmation of the same.




  2. The 3rd rep. send an email with the half story that I only wished for cancellation but as it was shipped, refund could not be issued. and she will let me know regarding the refund after 7 days.






Which is a half story as the 3rd rep. intentionally omitted the incident that I was already told that the order was cancelled that is why I place a second order of the same item.


Finally they were asking me some amount as a token of gift, why should I take Rs. 100 or 200 as a compensation where my total order amount got stuck with amazon and I cant use that money.


Whose fault is that.?


This is not the first instance I am suffering due to these customer service reps of amazon.in


Always they apologized and said this wont happen again but their mistakes keep happening again and again.


I feel amazon.in customer care reps. lost their credibility. They adopted the easy way of cheating the customers.


The 3rd rep. was so arrogant that she disconnected the chat without asking my permission.


I suggest you to ask for email confirmation of whatever you talk with the customer care reps. otherwise you may face serious problems with your hard earned money.


Cant give more than 1 star to amazon.in
