Simply BAN Amazon.in Amazon India is Fraud shopping site. After this incident where I contacted more than 10 times with Amazon Customer care through email. Chat and phone. You will understand how pathetic this fraud Amazon company is.


I purchased Router on 4th Oct, 2015But, idiot seller at Amazon.in venus e enterprises simply did not sent the parcel.And after 5 days after contacting few times. Amazon sent email saying SELLER cancelled the order. And your refund initiated.


First this negligent seller venus e enterprises - why did he listen the item when idiot cannot serve.Second, if cannot sent WHY took 5 days time?


Here you MUST make a note. I paid for the order - it is prepaid order done on 4th Oct, 2015Often other non-serious buyers place order on COD and most of the orders get return to Seller. They change mind or purchase somewhere due to price or some people even place COD( Cash on Delivery order) for time pass.


HERE sincere buyer paid in advance.


But, SELLER at Amazon is negligent fellow.


So, that is worst of the worst seller profile.


But, as per order cancellation. Amazon MIGHT have said sorry and paid me compensation for their mistake and holding my money all these day.


But, nothing happened.


NOT only that. As usual if you purchase from Flipkart. Snapdeal for any issue you get refund instantly.


I did not get money even after 2 days.


So, contacted again and I was told refund initiated and asked to wait another day.


Again not credited to my account.


Although I am regular shopper and often purchase items. If any issue get money in 2 days even from normal refund process.


So, again contacted but, this time pathetic customer care agent from Amazon chat support. Do not have any kind of information. Telling a MAD story, like contacting seller and starting refund etc.


I inform the negligent agent that this is different case. First you need to check that. When I say that again she checked and said. Sorry, I did not check that. It was order cancelled by seller and refund initiated on 9th Oct, 2015


And said she is escalating this case to billing.


After wasting my 30 minutes when I gave information this negligent agent change the tune. That means you can UNDERSTAND how negligent is Amazon Staff. TOTALLY unskilled staff at Amazon.in


Again that proved fake since I did not get money.


Again I contacted and another agent even gave me information that amount refunded and transaction ID etc. And asked me to send bank statement.


I sent bank statement and he said escalated to billing department.


Earlier two times I was told escalated. But, this fellow again said escalated.


WHY customers should suffer after paying in advance. Due to this kind of pathetic fellows?


Again I connected and I was connected and asked for manager. It was escalated to another person saying he is leader. Check his response(  I am from the leadership department I will be assisting you from here)


I said " This is my 8th time contact regarding this pathetic issue.


This kind of issues shold be reported to the commercial department.


Then it should ban Amazon "


Supervisor response " I have checked the account, for your case I can understand that any one would be upset if that happens


However what I will do is, I am going to file an A-Z claim for your account as this is a seller fulfilled order and we will get you the refund back as the order is stuck.


Akheel now A-Z generally takes 1 to 2 weeks of time, However within that time the refund will be processed or an action will be taken. "


According to me A-Z claim can be opened one item sent. Reached and any issue with item. Here order cancelled by SELLER without sending.


But, this negligent supervisor goes on. and giving completely different answers.


I told him. Just last time I chatted with another agents and they told already refund initiated. And even asked for account statement and I sent the account statement. and agent said he escalated to billing for issue with their billing etc.


But, how can this supervisor is soo much negligent.


You must make a NOTE. Due to UNSKILLED staff from Amazon.in shopping site. Each and every other person giving wrong information. That too written and on the calls as well.


There is no fear of LAW. Simply doing Fraud by Amazon.in


NOT only that. They are blind fellows. Because while starting chat itself I opened my statement with order number. But, even after that, supervisor waste fellow changing to other order number. Confusing himself and when I remind him LIAR fellow unable to listen.


NOT only that as per the international companies, if agent or supervisor disconnect, chat or call, company simply terminate them. But, here on Amazon.in everything just goes wrong way.


Supervisor at Amazon.in daringly disconnected chat session. Which is crime in the industry.


Check his last statement "  this conversation is not going any where, I am ending the chat


Have a good day. "


This much negligent is Amazon.in


Again I called on 1800 3000 9009


Asked for manager and another person connected. I was asked and connected with supervisor. Where he too confirm previous supervisor completely GO on wrong route. We can say brainless supervisor.


Again on call this call support supervisor said, he will follow up the case with billing and asked for 24-48 hours time.


So, you can see HOW much Fraud is Amazon.in


Why should we purchase.


Simply Avoid this Fraud Amazon India.


For me it is simply case which should have resolved instantly but, after taking my money, to get my own money back - idiots at Amazon.in playing with me.


I will make sure this will be forwarded with consumer and other departments.


I will ask the court to provide me at least Rs. 50, 000 as compensation for causing inconvenience and negligent behaviour from Amazon.in


For prepaid orders, NEVER NEVER pay to Amazon.


You might have earlier paid and got orders. But, check this serious case. Which not resolved since 2 weeks.


That too expert customer contacting more than 10 times. WASTING lot and lot of time


One time, two times. you can understand but, 10 times still negligent and Fraud Amazon.in


Forward to your friend and your facebook contacts etc.


If you are victim - Directly lodge a case with Cyber Crime department and other consumer departments.


We should not let this kind of mad companies to exist in INDIA


Amazon.in a American company is very dangerous for Indian customers.


And all these details are 100 percent true. If you want I can forward all proof in front of chief justice of Supreme Court.


Can government of India BAN Amazon.in
