Friends please think several times before you buy anything online. The deals and discounts offered appear very lucrative at the face of it but just in case there is a need for replacement or refund, your trouble starts. I had claimed a refund from Amazon amounting to few thousands. The cheque was dispatched through Blue Dart which never got delivered in 2 weeks time. on calling Amazon customer support I was told to directly check with BlueDart and was told Amazon cannot do anything in this regard. Several attempts to reach BlueDart when failed, I requested Amazon to follow up with their delivery partners.Every time a new assurance, parroted replies were given but no concrete results.Till date no action has been taken against Blue Dart nor has anybody approached me from Amazon/Blue Dart checking if my grievance has been addressed.
I shall now be taking this matter to Consumer forum but wanted to share my painful experience with Amazon online shopping to spare others from the horror.
