Today even if we want to purchase a pin we look at the online sites and compare everything before buying. E-commerce sites like Amazone has given a great liberty to see, compare decide the purchase. The most powerful trait of Amazone is its strong customer orientated policies. Following are few comments on Amazone based on my experiences

The most competitive pricing
Very good return policy, best amongst others. Thanks to Amazone for its policy which helped me a lot to get the right product.
Communication is very good, I like the chatting option a lot where you can explain in detail and resolve your issues.
Sometimes delivery issue found during festive seasons
Great option for pick up points where you can choose a nearby pickup point if you are not available at your residence/work place.
Limitation of pickup point is that if your order value is less, the order may get delayed or even cancelled because the seller has to pay the charges to pickup point owner and seller may not be in much profit. That is what I feel. Otherwise it is a very good option.
Finally it is a very very good and safe place to shop, not much complaints, it will be better if amazone can include little more detail in their product spec like flipkart,
