Is Amazon worlds best website. Review on Amazon

I think everyone knows about amazon shopping website. I personally prefer this website as the first preference for my online shopping. I have ordered many products with this website and they have never let me down. No matter if it is about the on time product delivery or the product quality or getting support from amazon customer service.

This website have great options and variants in terms of product range . you have ample amount of products to choose from. Also you get the best offers on this website.

I purchased my apple iPhone from this website almost an year ago and it was a full genuine product. in fact I was scared when I was ordering this product from the website but when I got the product and the original bill and checked the warranty of the product on apple.com it was real and genuine. That was the first when I trusted an online website for shopping. Earlier faced challenges in terms of return, exchange on snap-deal and flipkart I don't know about there current policies but it is true that I did faced challenges and was stuck for lengthy conversations with these websites for hours. Even after an year or so I got an easy buyback option for my iPhone from amazon where in flipkart do not have a buyback or exchange policy for iPhone.

The only problem I have faced that if I order more than one product at the same time they do not get delivered at the same time so I had a word with amazon regarding it and they had a logical answer to it that there are different sellers from different parts of the world hence there will be a time difference in delivery but they are trying to find out a way to increase customer experience.

Will they be able to change the online customer experience I think either time or amazon has an answer to it. what do you Think about it?
