Worst delivery SpeedThe services are pathetic when it is India, Customer gets frustrated, 7-10 days is the minimum delivery estimate, even the third party sellers don't allow u to return a product easily, Customer service only apologizes when delivery is late.Even though they don't compensate for the delay.No matter how pathetic their services are they boast of being customer centric company.They r the great liers of ecommerce.Flipkart us much better than Amazon, bad services and worst delivery estimates, even though their app crashes very frequently, even their updated apps crash always, they don't give many offers, products are costly and return policy is hard and fast, Amazon fulfilled items are easily returnable however seller fulfilled are the most difficult to return.Highly bad and not to be used services, once they get money, they give u worst experience, also they apologizes without compensating, Amazon guys are newbies and u need supervisor to help you in almost all the scenarios.Although, u get some cheap items in deal, they are craps.Returns are unacceptable and return takes time to reflect as refund.
