-The customer service of amazon is very good. The customer service is very caring and understand their responsibility.
-Product quality of the amazon products is very good than others online marketplaces. I'll bet you that amazon is better than other e-commerce companies. The prices are also better than other companies.
-The amazon provides the product before the estimated delivery time. I ordered a keyboard and mouse. amazon gives me estimated delivery time of 30 December. But I got the items on 25th December.
-Amazon's app and website is very good. you get the good interface in both the website and app. but the app is not working since 2-3 months. I hope that Amazon solve this issue.
-Amazon is a reliable marketplace.
