I have used Amazon since 2008, have been a'Prime' customer for the past 5 years. Until the past 12 months or so, their customer service was faultless, probably the best of any company I have ever dealt with. Now in my experience, it has become mediocre and no better than a lot of other companies.
I recently had an issue with a product purchased from their website that within 8-9 months developed a fault. In reality they did not want to know about my problem because it was a company selling a product on their website.
