Few days Back I bought a Samsung Mobile battery of samsung galaxy s advance for rupees 499/- from a seller on amazon. But when I received I found that the battery is not lasting. After charging it full it gives backup of 3-4 hours. I complained my issue with Amazon customer support and they initiated the refund process and after few days I got my money via check. So service and support is quite good.
Information depth of the products should be little more or you can say that explained, but any ways they are enough to understand the products.
Design and usage : according to me it is very user friendly and any product you are looking for just type it's name in the search bar and it comes in front of you.
Web site load time is good and takes few second if you have an average Internet speed but it takes some time when you are using 2g Internet.
