Amazon is one of the best online shopping website, I am using amazon website from 3 years regularly . Does not matter I need to buy any mobile of any brand Xiaomi, Lenovo, Samsung, One plus, Sony and so on, I just visit amazon website and I purchase it without any hesitation. As a regular customer of amazon from three years I want to share my experience with this website with you as following in detail.
Product quality: When ever you want to buy something online you always have doubt the quality of the product. this is the first thing .I bought Xiaomi Redmi note 3 32gb mobile for myself last year in september for myself and I also bought Xiaomi redmi redmi note 3 16gb mobile for my sister from amazon. Even I bought ear rings for my one friend, i also bought organic brown rice, organic food, quaker oats apart from this I also bought watches, Jeans from amazon, always I feel product quality best and never compromise.
Delivery:Amazon online website deliver your product mostly with blue dart some times it use delhivery sometimes other option but amazon deliver your product very fast as compare with any other online website, It deliver product to me with ine 8 days mostly.Also it offers cash on delivery so you do not worry for that.
Customer care: I bought lava basic mobile last year, I had problem with this mobile, this mobile was not working fine, So I complaint on amazon customer care .I wanted to return and wanted to exchange my product . So I opened my account on amazon website and chose option purchase history then I clicked on return product then after some time return intialize then I download sender's address and I packed lava mobile and blue dart person came to my home next day and got my mobile and I returned then amazon sent me another lava mobile . I never had this much good experience with any other oniline shopping website, Return is very easy on amazon.
App and website: Amazon is available on application on android also and ofcourse it has website so you can buy products on app or website depends on your interest.
Reliable or not: As you can see my personal experience with amazon from last three years, You should not worry, you can try amazon website and buy anything it is very reliable trustworthy website, I definitely recommend to everyone .I give overall 5 stars to amazon website out of 5 stars.
