I purchased a Logitech Z623 2.1 Ch speakers Order # 402-8570131-3293148 through one of the many sellers from Amazons portal the seller is not Amazon fulfilled.


I am not going to name the seller as I think it is Amazons responsibility to have a strong policy to help its customers. It could be any seller, but the only reason I bought anything from them is because they are selling it on Amazons portal.


I used the EMI on credit card facilty by Amazon to purchase this product on 17th September 2014, Which was shipped by Amazon transportation Services and reached their local warehouse in Mumbai on 18th September 17:00pm.


Since it was not out for delivery even after 2 days of it being in the same city as the delivery address, I contacted their customer service on the 3rd day that is 21st september, from 21st to 23rd afternoon, I received the same response from Amazon that I will be delivered by "End of the day". On, 23rd evening I received a call from amazon, informing me that the label on the package has fell off and it will take some more time to deliver. The Expected delivery date was "20th - 24th September 2014" and I needed this before 26th september. Since I was not sure if they would be able to deliver it on time I rejected the order on the same phone call, which shows on their website as "Item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller. - 23 September 2014 7:46:29 PM ".


I was told that I would be credited back within 5-7 business days. I waited till 1st October and called up Amazon to check the refund the status, they sent an email to the seller keeping me in loop "There was some problem with the delivery of the product so after sometime the customer rejected the product .now customer wants his refund for the product as he had paid for the product. Please update the customer regarding the refund. And also provide the best resolution at earliest. For which the seller replied, "Dear sir, still return product not received .


We update you after return received" I was shocked to see this, if the refund depends on the seller receiving the product and in a situation where amazon couldn't deliver it to me(because of delivery issues and the label fell off) in the first place, how and when it would be returned to the seller. Hence, I used their option of AtoZ claim, which is actually nothing from the experience that I have got even after their turnaround time of 1-2 weeks seller still says Dear sir, still return product not received . please talk to amazon customer support.,


I have been given false ETAs 24-48 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 4 days from the very first time I have contacted for delivery, its been more than a month and 5 days past their AtoZ claim turn around time of 2 weeks, there is No update/No action whatsoever, its still in the same state where it was on 23rd of September. On the other hand, I have been charged interest and fees for the EMIs. I have lost trust in Amazon. It will be a long time, if ever before I purchase anything from Amazon India again!
