Amazon is a way better than flipkart and snapdeal in terms of delivery and customer care. Since the products are packed by amazon itself quality is the best always.
However the web interface and app is very simple and unattractive unlike fk and SD. Another experience that I had with amazon that they who this products within one day and have very cheap delivery rates for one and two day delivery
