If you are looking for books then this is the best site because the price you get for books you can't find on other sites and the books re also new not like that they are selling cheap so there will be any defect like tore pages or books are old,you will not find any such problems atleast I have not found till now.
But there is problem with amazon unlike other sites it does not offer cash on delivery in lot of places or if the order value is high then also it does not offer COD and also delivery are late sometimes especially if they are sending from india post and also they are not sending any update on mobile or email regarding delivery when it will be there.
