Amazon.in is one of the best site for shopping, there is wide range of products. and ther have good quality products. and they have every product. they have a prime feature for prime customer which provide 24 hrs delivery time. they have amazon app also so its very easy to order anything from mobile. they have a good customer interface.
I used amazon for many time and I got right product with good quality and on time delivery.
and return option is very easy to use. the main thing is if any product is not anywhere you can find it on amazon.
so for me its very very good site and app.
