Hi All,
In amazon I had ordered Cool Pad, Lenovo K4, Cloth, Lots of item. but recently my purchased was a leather jacket and I do no about any third party but seller registered in Amazon. So come about issue.
I had ordered a jacket seller dispatched, First courier person call me and asking me self collect then I had denied for the same. I had mailed and got the item home delivery.
When I opened my parcel the seller has delivered to me another design jacket and item is not same which was shows on picture. then click on return button.
But surprise amazon asked me for self return even my address is Noida and seller address is Delhi.
And when I mailed for the same then Amazon denied for the same and saying that you have purchased from third party so amazon is not responsible for the same. But when I going to pay the amount then there is no mentioned like this that seller is third party. I had mentioned the same but they are sitting with the ROBOT, Just Copy Pest.nothing all.
Even I called seller but seller is talked very rude and forcing me for remove my review other wise he unable to help me. I have mailed that seller is unprofessional but amazon does not take any responsible for it.
Finally I have to send the parcel from my end and I have to pay Rs. 100 for shipping charge and I have told them then I want my amount in my bank along with the shipping charge. So someone acknowledge the same that I will get my amount in my bank with shipping charge.
But they issued my shipping charge in Amazon credited even they did not ask anything or not informed.
When I ask for the same then I got a reply that in amazon has not this option means my amount and amazon taking decision for the same.
Bloody Stupid people. even they have issued my refund on 15/12/2016 and today is 20/12/2016.
I have not received my amount in my bank. Im tried to mail amazon again and again.
So its is my latest experience which is facing in Amazon.
If you are purchasing any thing so please check it that seller should be registered.
thank you Amazon and seller WHOLE SALE KA RATE. for wasting my time.
