I bought Being Human jeans from amazon. After a week I received the package. However it turns out they sent me a cheap local branded jeans. Immediately I sent the package according to their refund policy. I sent to the address given. I waited for the refund which never came.
I enquired with their customer service who asked me for tracking id and assured me that they will refund in ten days after receiving tracking id. I got tracking id from postoffice and gave them. But no refund. I personally checked the tracking id on india post website and it clearly shows that the package was delivered. I once again emailed the customer service and it turns out everytime new person answers it and the process starts freshly. Also they were replying as if they were sending me scripted reply not genuine answers. I once again gave them all the details and they said now I should bring receipt from postoffice that package was delivered. It's been three months and I already wasted a lot of my time. I am angry that I should go through all this for their mistake of sending me wrong package. I stopped buying from amazon and learnt the lesson to always buy through option of cash on delivery. Absolutely worst experience. Still struggling to get refund.
