I love shopping online with Amazon.in, for their exhaustive inventory and range of goods, and value for money spent.
I have found some useful bargains online on Amazon.in which may not be available in physical stores. I found a very nice 10 ltr plastic watering can for my plants; the capacity being so good that it reduced my number of trips for re-fills.:-)
Their service is good. Most of the time the delivery guy calls before arrival, and the entire process is hassle-free and quick.
The return process for unsatisfactory items is also very smooth and hassle-free, so far! I hope it remains this simple, always.
I often compare prices online between several popular sites, and am happy with most of my purchases.
The web interface for saving favorites for later purchase is very useful and I also receive alerts when prices change. Very practical, user-friendly features!
But I wonder if multiple purchases need to be couriered separately? Why not send all items together in one lot? Different couriers means logistically deploying that many delivery guys, transportation, and time spent(wasted!) when goods are delivered on different days.
There should be a choice to receive my goods in one lot or separately on different days.
