I am their regular customer - order at least 2-3 times every month, including pantry items(grocery). Awesome experience each time, excellent customer service and hassle-free returns. They offer great discounts, but not always the best and I am fine with that - quality comes at a price.
They can try revamping their packaging a bit - sometimes I get boxes that are too big for items that do not require that much protection. Recently got a compact face powder from some seller, which could have been packaged a little more protectively, but thankfully it was not at all damaged:)
