The people who are showing their interest in buying anything from Amazon this review is for you all.
I bought Redmi Note 3 on 4th May flash sale. And I got the product on the very next day as I opted for faster delivery option. The packaging of the product was so pathetic that they sent the mobile in a single polybag. The mobile phone's original box was dented from every corner and edges. After 2days I found that the Accelerometer was not working properly( might be some manufacturing defect) . Then I went for replacement of the phone. They said that it will take 4 to 5 days to reach. I simply don't understand why didn't they provide faster delivery this time? I called customer support but they simply denied to do so. And said that they will request courier support.
On 8th May the courier was picked up from bangaluru and reached Hyderabad on 9th May 1am approx. Now the thing is nobody came to deliver on 9th whole day. On 10th late evening I got the product smashed from every possible corners and sides.
The delivery guy's contact no. Whatever they have provided was switched off.
Now this is too much. For Amazon may be this review will not effect too much but for the people who think that their money is valuable should think before buying anything from Amazon.
