I had ordered a Samsun Galaxy A23 (which was mentioned on site as 5G; also Amazon had confirmed it through email)mobile phone but after 20 days instead of one day the Amazon/seller delivered to me a 4G variant of the same model phone.
I requested Amazon to resolve this issue fairly but Amazon supported this fraud and simply picked up the phone from my place instead of replacing with same specification's phone or compensation.
On the name of investing Amazon ruined more than one month but didn't show their fair approach towards resolution. They tried only for hide the real thing instead of replacing with appropriate items.
