I was initially a big fan of Amazon shopping site but these days it has become a bit disappointing service. Be careful when you purchase a mobile as they will not refund even if you say you don't like the product and you don't want to use it. Once you order any mobile, you can get it replaced if that is faulty but you can never get a refund as it was offering earlier. They say that it is as per their policy that they don't refund for your mobile. Once you book your mobile, that's it you gonna use it even if you don't like the quality or build or design or performance.
Amazon should modify their policies to make them customer friendly so that customers can avail that freedom to shop online hassle free. Because, until we receive the mobile and take it to hand, we can't judge how it gonna be and how it looks in our hand. If we don't like it, customers should be given a choice to return and get it refunded.
