I bought a phillips speaker from amazon before 10 days , when I recived the product , I recived the damaged product . Now I am calling daily to amazone to arrange a pick up for return of the product but amazone customer care person says that , your product will be picked up by tomorrow by blue dart courior service . But I am waiting daily for the pick up and no body is coming to pick up the speaker , so that I could get my refound of the speaker . 7 days gone but no pic up and no refund got from the amzone . I am very dispointed with amazone service , why amazone is not taking his defective product back from me and giving my refund .
I need my refund .
