Hello friend, I order a lenvo k4note from amazon, but ordering from amazon from cash on delivery product is very hard, they goes for verification, and lot of process
I got the call for delivery on delivery date in ganaur( in a village) I talk with delivery boy, he said if you want the product know then you should came to city and get this, and if you want in village, you got this at night
So I request to deliver in night, when I call at night, he told that he forget to deliver to you, and talking very angery and loud, then he said I deliver to you morning
Then mornimg I call him for product, but now she refused to deliver in village and asked me to come to city to get order then I get from city
Product is well packed and good
After using two day I did not happy with product quality
So I want a refund for this product but I found only replace not refund
Then I have no option it to use
Please rember three things, first delivery is not good, second only they replacing item not refund
And last flipart is batter in product for refund
