I am doing online shopping from the last 3 years. I have done online shopping from many sites like -Snapdeal, Flipkart, Shocpclues, Pepperfry & Amazon. At starting I was very afraid about the online shopping due to received bad quality product after payment done. But when I have started shopping from Amazon. Then My fear has gone. If I want to return any Product, (which is ordered by me) then at any time within 15 days, I can return to Amazon. And my full money will be refunded to my Bank.
I more think about packing of product. The Packing of Product from Amazon is excellent. they use Air Bubbles Polythene and Hard sheet to cover the Order. but the Packing of other sites are very poor Specaily Shopclues. I love to shop from Amazon. Their customer support is also very excellent.
