I have been buying products from Amazon from a long time. Amazon had completely changed my shopping experience. The best I like about this site is that they have the best return policies, they even clearly mention on site only what products are non- refundable.
At first I was having doubts about online shopping as I was ordering an Expensive watch, So I ordered it through Cash ON Delivery which for that product other e-commerce site were not providing and the packaging was awesome.
I have never seen any technical issue with the site, when I contacted Amazon executives regarding some placed order they helped me and ensured to me that my order will reach to me before estimation time.
