Amazon.in is going pathetic day by day!. Review on Amazon

I had been a regular customer of Amazon India since 2 years. I never had a problem with them. But On 4th of December 2014 I placed my new order which have two Nokia chargers.

I selected them based on the Amazon Fulfilled Tags on them. The executive informed me that Amazon Fulfilled tag means that the product would get shipped from the Amazon warehouse. Hence I placed my order for both the products selecting the Amazon Fulfilled tag!

Here, starts the harassment and stupid behavior by Amazon. Since my order is prepaid so I highly doubt that this could be the reason for such behavior of them.

you can't even believe that Amazon has shipped my orders using Indian Postal Services! The moment I got this update I got doubtful about even receiving my orders!

I know very well how does this India Post and it's employees work. At my local post office I have seen them eating their tiffins at 11Am in the morning amid all the letters and packages.

They never ever speak properly to any customer or never reply in a humanly manner. Even, their Post Master is not able to use computer or to give any assurance regarding anything. The post Master never asks his subordinates to work and sit properly in the Post Office

This is the service Amazon used for my orders! I had a long discussion with the CCE at Amazon and he repeatedly assured me of delivering the product on time, apart from this he also kept lying that IPS has more positive rate of delivering the packages intact! Who is going to believe this lie?

And today, when I checked for the Tracking info of these two orders then one of the order's Tracking number is not showing any updates at all. It's clearly showing that this particular tracking number is not found in their system.

What a pathetic and horrible service by Amazon. I am sure that I won't ever receive the products, or, in the least, if I receive them then either the packages would be in a tampered condition or the products would have been stolen by the glorious India Post post man.

Yes, this is what post man generally do. They tear away the packaging and search for any valuable item in the packages. If they find any useful item they just steal it or else they just throw away the package at garbage bin!

And if Amazon has trusted such pathetic IPS then I can very easily guess what is the credibility of Amazon India nowadays.

I am regularly contacting Amazon for the reason that the Tracking Info is not available.Guess what the CCEs just disconnect the call from their side. What a perfect customer support. Quite humiliating, right?
