Last week, I made my first purchase on the very fancy online store Amazon. Unfortunately when the product was delivered within committed time(even after dispatch) I called the customer support for help. Though they listened my call but my product is yet to be delivered.
I believe Amazon India keeps a very low business standard which sometimes jeopardizes the customer hopes. Now, I am worried about my money and carrying lots of frustration.
