I usually buy stuffs from Amazon. They have good offers for 1 day delivery which is not available with many of other online retailers and they always deliver on time.
Recently I got a gift card as a refund for my 6 month old returned item.
They also have day and night Chat support so you don't need to worry about the history of the conversation held with them.
