Today amazon is no. 1 shopping site in india. There are few things whuch make this shopping site no.1 which ii am writting below : -
Good point: -
1) we all know amazon is not indian compony so when indian ecommerce website are getting forn this website already settle down in india this is the main reason
2) there are huge vareity of products and offer are really impressive
3) amazon has good control over sellers as many product I brought from amazon I am satisfy with those not like other ecommerce website
4) good delivery service and within time service
Now lets see points that need to improve
1) return of products is little confusing for eg. Lots of paper work requiref
2) app of amazon in not impressive
3) many of the products repeat many time that we cant found what we looking very easily.
